The guys at cutting edge consultancy firm Beaufortes have a new look website. It is well worth checking out.
I know partners Jason and Phil personally and professionally and they are without doubt two of the best consultants I know.
One of their specialities is project rescue. They have ridiculously good record on turning around doomed projects (and designing projects that “just work”).
The only problem with Beaufortes is how busy they are. The demand for their expertise is extraordinary. If you get a slot with them you can ebay it for a fortune.
The best way to jump the queue is to have a really interesting challenge for them. Hit them with an “impossible” situation and you may get their attention.
